She was diligent in her understanding and then was very competent in her searches. She did not waste our time on things we would not like, like ( a railroad in the back of the property for example). When we found what we liked, she negotiated very well for us. She had our backs! I do not like writing Excellent when I do surveys..but with Paula, I could not rate her any other way. Through this process we built a strong trust and actually became good friends. "
