"Paula is amazing! She spends time up front as a consultant to understand what we wanted, what we did not want, things that did not matter, and facts/weights around each one. She was diligent in her understanding and then was very competent in her searches. She did not waste our time on things we would not like, like ( a railroad in the back of the property for example). When we found what we liked, she negotiated very well for us. She had our backs! I do not like writing Excellent when I do surveys..but with Paula, I could not rate her any other way. Through this process we built a strong trust and actually became good friends. "
